Business Finance Partner, South Region

About the role

The Business Finance Partner for the South Region will work closely with the Head of EMEA South Region Business and the EMEA Chief Marketing Officer to deliver strategic financial insight and challenge. Based in Milan, the role supports the business across Italy, Iberia and Latin America, aligning regional plans with the global finance strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior EMEA South Region and Marketing leaders to translate business strategy into financial outcomes.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management reporting for the South Region.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models, business cases and pricing strategies.
• Act as the primary finance liaison for the EMEA Chief Marketing Officer, ensuring marketing initiatives are financially sound.
• Support the financial approval process for regional strategies and monitor expense and headcount controls.
• Collaborate with corporate finance, investment and operations teams to ensure aligned decision‑making.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance within asset management or a related financial services environment.
• Strong business partnering skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence decision‑making through clear financial insight.
• Deep understanding of sales, retention, product development and related financial drivers.
