Business Support Specialist – Retail & Business

About the role

The Business Support specialist assists the Sales Manager and the Retail & Business Support team by providing back‑office and administrative support to dealers and customers. The role focuses on advising on technical and commercial matters, preparing and analysing data, and ensuring compliance with the company’s credit policies.

Key responsibilities

• Answer dealer and customer inquiries related to deals, technical and commercial questions.
• Load non‑recurring deals into the lease‑offer system and validate transactions according to delegated authority.
• Manage CapFlow and oversee the collection of documentation required for risk evaluation.
• Communicate final risk assessments to dealers and customers.
• Coordinate with Service, Sales, and other departments to collect documents, adjust contractual terms, and obtain e‑signatures.
• Act as the primary point of contact ensuring contractual conditions are correctly addressed.
• Support the Area Sales Manager for specific events and initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics or related field.
• Experience in planning, data management, asset financing, and financial analysis.
• Ability to perform financial quotations and understand financial mathematics.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and openness to change.
• Strong problem‑solving, teamwork, and continuous‑learning mindset.
• Effective communication, active listening, and quick decision‑making skills.
• Good time‑management and proficiency in English.
