Café/Bar Waitstaff – Full‑time Service Role

About the role

Join Casa Maja, a family‑run olive‑oil farm and guest house in Badolato, as a full‑time café/bar and waiting staff member. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and authentic hospitality experience in a rural, tourism‑focused setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take orders and serve food and beverages with a friendly attitude.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including coffee and simple bar drinks.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining and bar area; set up and clear tables.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, issue bills and process payments.
• Restock supplies, coordinate with kitchen and reception teams, and support occasional events or olive‑oil tastings.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset with a professional, courteous demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and busy holiday periods.
• Good personal presentation, hygiene and adherence to food‑safety standards.
• Basic English (or another foreign language) is a plus for international guests.
• Team‑oriented, reliable and able to thrive in a small family‑run environment.
