Car Flow Specialist Internship

About the role
This internship supports Stellantis' automotive commercial operations across 20 European markets. You will act as a liaison between importers and Stellantis entities, handling vehicle allocation, production tracking, invoicing, customs documentation, and transport logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily vehicle production volumes and manage invoicing targets.
- Work to reduce production lead times and delays.
- Respond to importer inquiries regarding car flow and production status.
- Coordinate information exchange with AOM and importers to improve vehicle allocation.
- Assist in minimizing missing vehicles, diversions, and conversions.
- Support execution of allocation decisions, considering production events and constraints.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills adaptable to diverse stakeholders (importers, plants, finance, IT, logistics, etc.).
- Negotiation ability with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Enthusiastic problem‑solver with an agile approach.
- Comfortable working in an international, multi‑disciplinary team.
