Chef de Rang – Luxury Resort in Aosta Valley

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Chef de Rang to join our team at Aethos Monterosa, a five‑star active luxury resort nestled in the Aosta Valley. You will be the face of our dining experience, welcoming guests and ensuring a seamless service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting guests and providing a warm welcome.
• Assisting guests with menu selections and answering questions.
• Taking orders accurately and transmitting them promptly to the kitchen.
• Serving food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation.
• Supporting service preparations and maintaining the appearance of all service areas.
• Preparing mise‑en‑place and cleaning designated areas according to hygiene standards.
• Collaborating with the Maître and kitchen staff to ensure overall restaurant success.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Natural host with a passion for hospitality.
• Flexible schedule, able to work long hours and cover evening events.
• Strong decision‑making and constructive feedback abilities.
• Effective listening and problem‑resolution skills.
• Regular attendance in line with hotel standards.
