About the role

We are seeking a Chef de Rang to join the service team at Aethos Monterosa, a five‑star active luxury resort in the Aosta Valley. The role involves delivering a warm, personalized welcome and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests throughout the summer season.

Key responsibilities

Greet guests and provide a friendly welcome.
Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions and take accurate orders.
Transmit orders promptly to the kitchen and serve food and beverages with attention to presentation.
Support service preparations, maintain mise‑en‑place and keep service areas tidy.
Collaborate with the Maître d’ and kitchen staff to ensure overall restaurant success.
Follow hygiene and cleaning procedures for designated areas.

Required profile

Fluency in English and Italian.
3+ years of hospitality experience is a plus.
Natural host with a passion for hospitality.
Flexible schedule, able to work long hours and cover evening events.
Strong listening skills and ability to address guest concerns.

Effective communication in English and Italian.
