Chef de Rang – Luxury Resort Service Role

About the role

We are seeking a Chef de Rang to join the service team at Aethos Monterosa, a five‑star active luxury resort in the Aosta Valley. The role involves delivering a warm, personalized welcome and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests throughout the summer season.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a friendly welcome.
• Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions and take accurate orders.
• Transmit orders promptly to the kitchen and serve food and beverages with attention to presentation.
• Support service preparations, maintain mise‑en‑place and keep service areas tidy.
• Collaborate with the Maître d’ and kitchen staff to ensure overall restaurant success.
• Follow hygiene and cleaning procedures for designated areas.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Italian.
• 3+ years of hospitality experience is a plus.
• Natural host with a passion for hospitality.
• Flexible schedule, able to work long hours and cover evening events.
• Strong listening skills and ability to address guest concerns.
