Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Finance Strategy & Investor Relations

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the company’s financial strategy, planning and analysis, and will be the primary point of contact for banks, investors and capital‑market stakeholders. Working closely with the executive team, the CFO will shape decisions that drive the organization’s financial health and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall financial strategy and corporate financing plans.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, global cash‑management and operating cost control.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports and audit documentation.
• Manage capital‑market communication, investor relations and market‑value initiatives.
• Coordinate major information disclosures, performance conferences, shareholders’ meetings and board meetings.
• Ensure compliance with tax, accounting standards and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance and management at a senior level.
• Proven track record in financial planning, analysis and corporate financing.
• Fluent in German with relevant work experience in German‑speaking regions.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, audit processes and regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• German language proficiency.
