Chief Financial Officer

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the company’s financial strategy, planning and analysis, ensuring robust financial reporting, audit compliance and strong relationships with banks and investors. Working closely with the executive team, the CFO will shape decisions that drive the organization’s growth and financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall financial strategy and corporate financing plans.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, global cash management and operating cost control.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements, management reports and audit processes.
• Manage capital market communications, investor relations and market‑value initiatives.
• Coordinate major information disclosures, performance conferences, shareholders’ meetings and board meetings.
• Ensure compliance with tax, accounting standards and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in senior finance leadership, preferably as CFO or Finance Director.
• Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and corporate financing.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, investor relations and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with executive teams and external stakeholders.
