About the role
Celine, a historic French luxury house within the LVMH Group, is looking for a Client Advisor to join its Venice boutique. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable while experiencing the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve collective targets.
- Welcome, advise, and provide exceptional service to every client.
- Communicate the story behind each product and suggest complementary items.
- Build lasting, privileged relationships to retain and grow the client base.
- Participate in store operations: visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after‑sales service, and inventory management.
- Follow internal procedures and support the brand’s digital initiatives.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Celine’s spirit of creativity and excellence.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in fashion or luxury.
- Strong product and fashion knowledge.
- Ability to anticipate and exceed client needs.
- Challenge‑driven, team‑oriented mindset.
- Service‑focused, curious, open‑minded, optimistic and empathetic.
- Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.
