Client Advisor – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our luxury fashion boutique. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional, personalized experience to every client, both in‑store and after‑sale, while contributing to the store’s sales targets and key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service and after‑sale support to all visitors.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio, anticipating needs and future requests.
• Achieve individual sales and KPI goals through a business‑mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
• Create personalized, timeless looks for clients, showcasing fashion expertise.
• Communicate authentically with clients and colleagues, fostering genuine connections.
• Utilize available tools and applications to optimise business opportunities.
• Support front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, contributing to overall team spirit.
• Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Professional experience in high‑quality client‑focused service, preferably in fashion, accessories, luxury hospitality or similar retail environments.
• Passion for fashion culture and ability to create personalized looks.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business orientation.
• Open‑minded, audacious and authentic, thriving in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
• Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English and the local language.
• Team‑player attitude with proactive, problem‑solving approach.
