Client Advisor – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

The Client Advisor will represent Saint Laurent in a boutique setting, delivering a memorable and sophisticated experience to every visitor. This role combines sales expertise with a passion for luxury fashion, ensuring clients receive personalized service that reflects the brand’s heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client and after‑sale service, welcoming and assisting all visitors.
• Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio, anticipating needs and fostering long‑term relationships.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through a business‑mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
• Create personalized styling recommendations that align with Saint Laurent’s aesthetic.
• Utilize all available sales tools and technologies to maximize business opportunities.
• Support front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, contributing to a positive store atmosphere.
• Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury fashion, accessories retail, high‑end customer service, or luxury hospitality.
• Strong passion for fashion and ability to craft personalized looks.
