Client Delivery Director

About the role

ERG Media is seeking a senior professional to own the day‑to‑day relationship with its most important clients. The Client Delivery Director will act as the trusted liaison between high‑end brands and ERG’s creative teams, ensuring every project is delivered with the company’s signature quality and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients across automotive, luxury, publishing, design, watches, culture and hospitality.
• Lead client communications with clarity, confidence and discretion, providing polished updates and actionable information.
• Translate founder and creative direction into clear client‑facing briefs, meeting notes, action lists and project decisions.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, managing timelines, milestones, budgets, approvals, asset gathering and stakeholder feedback.
• Prepare agendas, run meetings, capture decisions, identify risks and ensure follow‑through.
• Protect ERG’s tone, taste and standards in all client interactions and deliverables.
• Anticipate client needs, resolve issues independently or escalate to senior leadership when appropriate.
• Help scale founder‑led client relationships without diluting quality or intimacy.

Required profile

• Highly polished, culturally literate professional with strong operational excellence.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work discreetly with senior leadership.
• Proven experience managing complex, high‑value client projects in a creative or media environment.
• Strong judgment to balance creative vision with commercial and operational realities.
