Client Development Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Manager – Client Development will lead the growth of a loyal guest community across Jumeirah’s signature restaurants, delivering personalised dining experiences that drive repeat visits and enhance revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth of a loyal guest community across signature restaurants by building meaningful relationships that encourage repeat visits and long‑term engagement.
• Create memorable guest moments by understanding preferences and translating them into personalised dining experiences that enhance satisfaction and spend.
• Identify and engage high‑value guests and targeted segments to ensure a consistent flow of repeat business across multiple restaurant concepts.
• Partner closely with restaurant managers and on‑site teams to ensure guests are recognised, welcomed and receive a high level of personalised service.
• Support guest‑focused activations and initiatives that strengthen connections, increase visit frequency and elevate the overall dining experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR and social teams to align guest engagement activities with brand objectives and drive sustained demand.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in guest relations, client development or hospitality roles, preferably within luxury hotels, restaurants or premium lifestyle environments.
• Natural relationship builder with a proven ability to create strong, lasting guest connections that drive loyalty.
• Experience delivering or supporting guest engagement initiatives that increase frequency and drive value.
• Strong understanding of guest behaviour in restaurant or hospitality settings with a keen eye for detail and service excellence.
• Commercially aware and guest‑focused, able to link relationships and engagement to covers, spend and overall restaurant performance.
