Client Management – Infrastructure, Power & Utilities

About the role

Marsh Risk is seeking a Client Management professional to join its Infrastructure, Power & Utilities team in Milan. The role involves advising large, complex clients across construction and energy value chains on risk, insurance and financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large, multinational clients in construction and power & energy, focusing on growth and retention.
• Coordinate with specialties, placement, operations and insurers to support client retention and new business.
• Implement placement strategies, negotiate with carriers and sign off insurance program designs.
• Provide technical advice, conduct comprehensive risk reviews and produce budget proposals.
• Host client and insurer meetings together with specialist broker and service teams.
• Deliver market‑leading service and solutions for all clients.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Engineering or similar.
• Proven experience in a client‑facing role within insurance or brokerage, preferably in property‑liability.
• Sales acumen, innovative thinking and ability to manage workload and priorities.
• Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
• Systematic, pragmatic approach and ability to work independently or in a team.
