Client Manager Internship

About the role

The Bloc, a global health‑focused creative agency, is seeking a motivated Client Manager Intern to support its healthcare communication projects. You will work across multiple disciplines, helping to translate client briefs into high‑impact deliverables while gaining exposure to the fast‑paced world of health marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing healthcare communication projects from brief to final delivery.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly, proposing corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams – Account, Science, Creative, Production, Digital, and Strategy – to ensure deliverables meet The Bloc’s quality standards and client expectations.
• Support the maintenance and development of relationships with external clients.

Required profile

• Degree in Communication, Marketing, Pharmacy, Biology, or Economics.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen actively, communicate clearly, and build trust.
• Team‑oriented mindset and comfort working with diverse groups.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, self‑directed environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask and prioritize.
• Fluency in Italian and English (minimum B2 level).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
