Client Solutions Manager – Global Business Solutions

About the role

The Client Solutions team drives campaign execution and success for top agencies and brands across Europe. As a Client Solutions Manager you will act as the strategic bridge between TikTok’s platform and its partners, providing trusted business advice and maximizing return on investment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and strengthen client and agency partnerships across global stakeholders, collaborating with Brand Partnerships managers.
• Lead full‑funnel marketing campaign strategy, planning, measurement solutions, reporting (QBR) and performance optimisation.
• Serve as a product consultant, educating partners on TikTok solutions, new features and best practices, and supporting product adoption.
• Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations through QBRs and executive updates, leveraging deep analytical expertise.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Measurement, Creative, Solutions Engineering and Operations teams to enhance performance and influence product innovation.

Required profile

• Previous experience as Account Manager, Client Solutions Manager, Media Manager or Digital Marketing Manager in brand, agency, media or tech environments.
• Proven track record in full‑funnel digital marketing and measurement.
• Strong understanding of the media and advertising landscape, including digital and programmatic sales.
• Experience analysing data and extracting insights to assess campaign performance.
• Fluent in Italian and English, with high written and oral proficiency in Italian.
