Client Success Manager (B2B)

About the role

Unobravo International is looking for a Client Success Manager to own the success, retention and growth of a portfolio of corporate clients. You will report to the Client Success Lead and work closely with sales and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: nurture relationships with key stakeholders and ensure long‑term partnerships.
• Adoption & Engagement: design and execute strategies to increase program awareness, usage and value.
• Performance & Analytics: track key metrics and translate insights into scalable, data‑driven actions.
• Account Growth: identify renewal and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales.
• Operational Excellence: ensure operational alignment and proactive issue resolution for high‑quality experience.

Required profile

• 4+ years in Client Success, Account Management or similar B2B roles (HR Tech/Welfare a plus).
• Experience with structured Client Success frameworks such as QBRs, health scoring and playbooks.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with dashboards and trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with senior stakeholders.
• Passionate about mental health and mission‑driven organizations.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM tools (Hubspot knowledge is a plus).
