Clienteling & Campaign Internship

About the role

The Clienteling & Campaign Intern will support the execution and analysis of CRM and clienteling initiatives for a leading luxury group. Working closely with HQ and regional teams, you will help design, launch, and evaluate multi‑channel campaigns that enhance client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and deploying CRM campaigns and newsletters across various channels, managing the process from briefing to launch.
• Support communication and rollout of key CRM and clienteling projects across regions, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
• Monitor campaign performance through KPI tracking, recurring analysis, and reporting, turning data into actionable insights.
• Maintain and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and tracking files for data accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare strategic presentations, business reviews, training materials, and communication documents for regional teams and senior management.
• Collaborate with regional CRM, retail, merchandising, events, communication, and HQ stakeholders on cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Luxury Goods Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to translate data into business recommendations.
• Proactive attitude, ownership, and willingness to take initiative.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Intellectual curiosity about client behavior and business dynamics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Fluent English
• Italian language proficiency at least B2 level
