Cluster Reservations Agent (Milan based)

About the role

Six Senses is seeking a passionate Cluster Reservations Agent to manage bookings for its Rome, Milan and Ibiza properties. Based in Milan, you will ensure every reservation reflects the brand’s focus on wellness, sustainability and emotional hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Process individual and group room reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Handle special requests, allocate rooms and manage over‑booking situations.
• Maintain and update reservation systems, reports and guest profiles.
• Support the Cluster Reservations Manager in achieving occupancy and rate targets.
• Promote and upsell resort, spa and dining facilities.
• Communicate professionally with travel partners, guests and internal departments.
• Adhere to Six Senses’ wellness and sustainability standards in all reservation activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in reservations or a similar role within luxury hospitality.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Fluent English; knowledge of the local language is a plus.
• Strong commitment to sustainability, wellness and guest satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Knowledge of Central Reservation Systems (CRS).
