Commercial Analyst – Customer Support & Origination

About the role

Molgas is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join its Italian subsidiary in Bergamo. The role supports commercial leads across all business segments, handling customer support, marketing campaigns, and the origination process for energy products.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Commercial Leads with business development, sales origination, and customer relationship management.
• Coordinate execution of commercial action plans, using CRM tools and aligning with Group departments.
• Prepare commercial offers and contracts under supervision.
• Communicate with customers during sales campaigns and troubleshoot contract execution issues.
• Develop and present KPI reports to management.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably from a Business School.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, energy origination, trading, road fuels supply, or industrial sales.
• Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and results‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Collaborative team player with a self‑starting mentality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.

What we offer

• Salary range €30,000 – €35,000 gross per year.
