About the role
Alcon is seeking a Commercial Excellence Junior Analyst Trainee to support commercial strategy development and execution, focusing on sales effectiveness and operational excellence across Italy and Iberia.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis and deliver actionable insights to address business needs.
- Support local incentive processes, including quota‑to‑payout and President’s Club administration.
- Provide recommendations on commercial execution based on CommEx data.
- Assist in core CommEx processes such as account profiling, segmentation, territory design, and incentive programs.
- Help train and onboard users on platforms like Salesforce.com and Einstein Analytics.
- Review and track dashboards to monitor KPIs and enable data‑driven decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Pharmaceutical or a related quantitative field.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Italian; Spanish is a plus.
- High learning agility, self‑motivation and strong data analytics skills.
