Commercial Excellence Specialist

About the role

Celltrion Group, which supplies biosimilar and innovative biopharmaceuticals to about 110 countries, is looking for a highly motivated Commercial Excellence Specialist with a strong academic background and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. The position is based in Milan and focuses on quantitative analysis, business insights and sales analytics, supporting a company with a strong product pipeline across several therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CRM tool, supporting its full implementation and adoption and acting as the company reference point for CRM activities.
• Collect, analyse and cross-reference internal and external data to identify healthcare stakeholders, accounts and market opportunities, and recommend strategic actions.
• Develop product- and region-level sales forecasts and support target-setting.
• Suggest sales-development initiatives and projects in line with laws, regulations and healthcare system sustainability principles.
• Support commercial, market access, marketing, public affairs and patient advocacy projects, as project lead or in a supporting role.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on Go-To-Market activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, industry standards and the Celltrion Code of Conduct.
• Document field activities, including meetings, distribution of approved materials and related expenses.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Management Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent Italian and good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in data analysis and project management.
• 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Analytics or consulting.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare industry, preferably in a multinational setting.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CRM tools and experience with data analysis.
