Commercial Leader – Italy

About the role

Wellspect Healthcare is seeking a Commercial Leader for Italy to drive sales growth and profitability across its urinary and constipation product portfolio. The role works closely with the Italian Marketing Managers, Enterology & Urology teams, and the Commercial Operational Leader to align strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and profitability while meeting Dentsply Sirona and Wellspect financial targets.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and compliance with sales goals.
• Coach and develop the commercial team, implementing the Sales Competency Framework and Value Based Selling.
• Challenge existing processes to strengthen the organization’s advisory role and internal excellence.
• Lead regional and global projects and ensure effective use of Salesforce (SFDC) for targeting and goal setting.
• Participate in local, regional, and global sales meetings and champion the Wellspect Culture Vision.
• Monitor performance, report deviations, and ensure execution of the Global Strategy across all sales regions.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Proven people‑management experience with a track record of developing talent.
• Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and financial results.
• Ability to create a high‑performing culture and adapt to changing market trends.
• Proactive, flexible, and results‑oriented attitude.
