Commercial Representative - Milan

About the role

Deblock is building a bank onchain and is launching in Italy. It is looking for Commercial Representatives in Milan, a hands-on, field-based, performance-driven role reporting to the Italy Market Lead and working closely with the Growth team. The goal is to place Deblock stands on café counters across Milan, from Navigli to Isola, and capture each placement on camera.

Key responsibilities

• Café outreach: walk into cafés, find the owner or manager and give a quick pitch on Deblock.
• Stand placement: leave a Deblock stand by the register or on the counter where customers will see it.
• Content capture: film short, natural clips of placements on your phone and share them with the team.
• Own your day: no fixed hours or set area, planning your own route and neighbourhoods.
• Field feedback: report back what café owners say and what works or does not in the pitch.

Required profile

• Comfortable talking to anyone, resilient to rejection, and energised by people.
• Able to get around Milan by metro, bike or tram.
• Local knowledge of Milan's neighbourhoods and café scenes, and preferably existing relationships with café owners or baristas.
• First experience in door-to-door sales, brand ambassador work, street marketing or hospitality is an advantage.
• At ease filming short clips on a phone, ideally having posted a few yourself.
