Commercial Representative – Rome

About the role

Deblock is building a bank onchain and is launching in Italy. It is looking for a temporary, field-based Commercial Representative in Rome who reports to the Italy Market Lead and works with the Growth team. The role is hands-on and performance-driven, with no fixed hours and no set area.

Key responsibilities

• Café outreach: walk into cafés across Rome and give a short pitch to owners and managers.
• Stand placement: leave a Deblock stand by the register or on the counter where customers will see it.
• Content capture: film short, natural clips of placements and share them with the team.
• Own your day: plan your own route and neighbourhoods.
• Field feedback: report back what works and what does not in the pitch.

Required profile

• Comfortable talking to anyone and handling rejection lightly.
• Energetic and mobile, able to get around Rome by metro, bike or tram.
• Local knowledge of Rome's neighbourhoods and café scene, and ideally existing relationships with café owners or baristas.
• A first experience in door-to-door sales, brand ambassador work, street marketing or hospitality is an advantage.
• At ease on camera, ideally having posted short clips before.

What we offer

• Performance-based pay, up to €5,000 per month.
• No fixed hours and no set area.
• Hands-on onboarding training.
• Unlimited free coffees.
