Commis Waiter / Waitress – Porto Cervo

About the role

Join Zuma Porto Cervo as a Commis Waiter (Runner) and support the pass and service team in delivering a seamless dining experience. You will help ensure every dish reaches the guest promptly and that the restaurant environment remains clean and organized.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to make every guest feel welcome.
• Deliver dishes accurately to tables and maintain a tidy pass area.
• Assist with restaurant set‑up, opening and closing duties, and follow cleaning routines.
• Participate in training to deepen menu knowledge and professional skills.
• Share guest feedback and report any issues to managers.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for culinary experiences, especially Japanese cuisine.
• Proven experience as a commis waiter/waitress in a high‑volume, luxury restaurant.
• Team‑player comfortable working in sync with a large crew.
• Friendly, customer‑oriented attitude with a focus on memorable service.
