Communications Manager (Italy & Greece)

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Communications Manager to lead its communications strategy in Italy and support strategic initiatives in Greece. You will shape how the company tells its story, manage media relations, and protect its reputation across fast‑moving fintech markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the communications strategy for Italy while supporting Greece.
• Build and maintain relationships with top‑tier business, financial and consumer media.
• Design proactive storytelling campaigns that reinforce growth and brand positioning.
• Manage product launch communications and corporate announcements.
• Drive executive profiling and secure speaking opportunities.
• Handle reputational issues and reactive communications as needed.
• Oversee external PR agencies and monitor campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Legal and Government Affairs teams.
• Partner with the global Communications team on international initiatives.
• Explore new formats such as key opinion leaders and earned social content.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications or public relations.
• Strong media relationships across Tier 1 outlets in Italy.
• Proven track record managing crisis and reputational issues.
• Ability to work autonomously and own projects end‑to‑end.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and native‑level Italian.
