Community Manager – Build and Engage Global User Community

About the role

As a Community Manager at Air Apps, you will shape and nurture a vibrant global user community across forums, social media, and user groups. You will create an inclusive environment, drive engagement, and connect users with our AI‑powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow and support user communities.
• Manage and moderate forums, social media groups, and discussion platforms.
• Engage with users by answering questions, moderating conversations, and fostering positive interactions.
• Organise and promote community events, webinars, and Q&A sessions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Monitor and analyse community metrics to optimise engagement tactics.
• Identify and activate brand advocates, ambassadors, and super‑users.
• Maintain community guidelines and ensure a safe, welcoming space.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in community management, social media management, or customer engagement.
• Proven ability to manage online communities on platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, or Slack.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for inspiring users.
• Experience handling sensitive situations, mediating conflicts, and enforcing guidelines.
• Passion for building meaningful relationships and driving community‑focused initiatives.
