Community Manager – User Engagement

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a proactive Community Manager to build, grow, and engage its global user community. You will work onsite in Lisbon, collaborating with product, marketing, and support teams to create a vibrant, inclusive environment where users feel connected to the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies across forums, social media groups, and user platforms.
• Moderate discussions, respond to user inquiries, and foster positive interactions.
• Organize and promote community events, webinars, and Q&A sessions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on community metrics to refine tactics.
• Identify and activate brand advocates, ambassadors, and super‑users.
• Maintain community guidelines and handle escalations when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage users.
• Proven ability to manage online communities and handle sensitive situations.
• Passion for building meaningful relationships and driving brand loyalty.
