Concierge – Guest Services Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Concierge to join our Guest Services team at a luxury resort in Porto Cervo. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them enjoy a seamless and memorable stay by handling a wide range of requests and providing local expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements such as transportation, restaurant reservations, and dry‑cleaning services.
• Gather, summarize, and share information about hotel amenities, local attractions, events, and activities.
• Answer and process all guest calls, messages, and inquiries, routing them to the appropriate department (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping) when needed.
• Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Maintain accurate shift logs, document incidents, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
• Uphold company policies, dress standards, confidentiality, and asset protection at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work full‑time on site, standing or walking for extended periods.
• Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
