Concierge – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

Join the W Sardinia team as a Concierge, providing premium guest services in a luxury resort setting. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is seamless, memorable, and tailored to their individual needs.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for transportation, reservations, dry‑cleaning and other special arrangements.
• Gather and share information about hotel amenities, local attractions, events and activities.
• Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages and inquiries, coordinating with relevant departments such as Bellperson and Housekeeping.
• Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service quality, safety and guest well‑being.
• Maintain accurate shift logs, document incidents and report safety concerns to management.
• Uphold company policies, professional appearance standards and confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Strong communication skills, clear and professional language.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service and supporting team goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency in handling telephone etiquette and written documentation.
• Basic computer literacy for logging requests and accessing hotel systems.
