Construction Manager

About the role

ProductLife Group is seeking a Construction Manager to lead engineering‑driven construction projects within its pharmaceutical hub. The role combines project management, design coordination and on‑site supervision to ensure timely, safe and cost‑effective delivery of civil works.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from conceptual design through construction completion.
• Coordinate design activities, ensure alignment with pharmaceutical building standards and oversee HVAC system validation.
• Plan, schedule and control all construction activities, monitoring timelines, budgets and resources.
• Guarantee compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements, including national construction site safety standards (D.Lgs 81/08).
• Lead and synchronize teams, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify risks, resolve issues and report status.
• Administer contracts, procurement processes and maintain accurate project documentation.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or Industrial).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and construction projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Proven track record in managing civil works, project planning, scheduling and budgeting.
• Hands‑on site supervision and contractor coordination experience.
• Experience with contract administration, procurement and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel as required.
