Construction Manager – Prefabrication & Fabrication

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Manager to lead the prefabrication, fabrication and on‑site construction of modules at our San Giorgio di Nogaro facility. You will act as the central liaison between suppliers, contractors and client representatives, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all supplier activities related to prefabrication, fabrication and module construction.
• Manage foremen and workers, ensuring alignment with project schedules and safety requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between suppliers, contractors and client representatives.
• Enforce BH Health, Safety and Environment Management System standards.
• Support suppliers during the execution phase, guaranteeing that work is properly prepared before any activity.
• Monitor process changes and drive redesigns to meet management needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the broader functional context.
• Assist the site QA/QC team with non‑conformance reports and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with customer representatives and subcontractors to resolve field issues and maintain clear communication.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
• Experience in production environments, operations management or construction activities.
• Proven background in fabrication, welding (including dimensional controls), painting supervision and NDT in the oil & gas sector.
• Extensive knowledge of quality standards such as AWS, ASME, API and NDE methodologies.
• Familiarity with welding equipment specifications, welder approval processes and material compliance.
• Ability to work in complex, multinational organizations.
• Fluent in English and Italian with a valid EU work permit.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information to customers.
