Construction Site Manager

About the role

The Construction Site Manager will lead daily operations on a construction site, ensuring that work progresses on schedule, meets technical standards, and complies with health and safety regulations. This role requires close coordination with project stakeholders and effective supervision of multidisciplinary site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily site activities, monitoring progress against the schedule.
• Plan work sequences, manage execution timelines, and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Supervise teams of laborers, welders, pipefitters, carpenters, and mechanical fitters, optimizing resource allocation.
• Verify that work conforms to technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Technical Department, and client’s Construction Management team to align work with project plans.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Manage site documentation such as minutes, work reports, permits, and lifting plans.
• Monitor procurement, inventory of materials and equipment, and maintain quality and contractual compliance.

Required profile

• Technical diploma in mechanical, electrical, or thermal engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Safety training courses (Safety Officer, Construction Site Coordinator).
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Construction Site Manager or Site Technician, preferably in plant engineering or metalworking.
• Experience in industrial piping, structural steelwork, mechanical/thermomechanical systems, or industrial assembly projects.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
• Leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities; capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
