Construction / Site Manager – Utility‑Scale Solar Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction / Site Manager to lead the delivery of utility‑scale solar PV projects across Italy. The role involves overseeing all on‑site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and control project scope, engineering drawings, purchase orders and subcontract requisitions.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Supervise subcontractors’ installation work together with site engineers, guaranteeing design accuracy and quality.
• Liaise with suppliers and the Procurement department to manage material deliveries.
• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan and quality‑control procedures.
• Coordinate with the HSE department to report damages or accidents and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in utility‑scale solar power plant construction.
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Willingness to relocate and work on‑site five days a week.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project (advantageous).
