Consumer Marketing Intern – Personal Healthcare

About the role

Join a 6‑month extracurricular internship supporting the Consumer Marketing Team for Philips Personal Healthcare portfolio in the IIG region (Italy, Israel, Greece). You will work from the Milan office, contributing to marketing initiatives and gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Transcreate artworks, technical leaflets, website and app content for local markets.
• Create, update and translate presentation decks for internal and external meetings and sales briefings.
• Ensure packaging marketing, legal and regulatory compliance for new product launches.
• Produce media content for campaigns, including social‑media posts and influencer collaboration materials.
• Conduct category analysis, portfolio benchmarking and monitor marketing initiative performance against KPIs.
• Support rating and reviews activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
• Digital savvy with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with strong skills in MS Excel.
• Proactive, curious and able to work autonomously as well as within a team.
• Interest in sales is advantageous as the internship may lead to a sales role.
