Content & Community Specialist – Social Media & Editorial

About the role

LePub, part of Publicis Groupe, is looking for a Content & Community Specialist to join its Content Team in Italy. Reporting to the Head of Content, you will translate strategic ideas into editorial plans, manage online communities and ensure that brand conversations stay relevant, timely and culturally connected.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly and always‑on editorial calendars for multiple social platforms.
• Convert campaign strategies into channel‑specific content plans.
• Identify reactive and proactive content opportunities based on trends, cultural moments and community insights.
• Maintain consistent brand tone of voice and follow platform best practices.
• Manage day‑to‑day interactions on brand social channels, moderate comments and conversations.
• Escalate sensitive issues or potentially critical conversations when necessary.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in content, editorial or community management, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong editorial thinking and ability to turn strategic briefs into concrete content ideas.
• Excellent understanding of major social media platforms and their best‑practice guidelines.
• Proactive attitude with a keen eye for cultural trends and community insights.
• Fluent English; Italian language skills are a plus.
