Content Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Content Marketer to join a fast‑scaling fintech company operating remotely from Italy. The role sits at the crossroads of storytelling, demand generation and product marketing, turning complex payments topics into engaging, high‑impact content.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑own and maintain the content calendar, delivering articles, guides, case studies, newsletters and social assets on schedule.
• Research, write and publish content that simplifies fintech and payments concepts for B2B and B2C audiences.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation to design go‑to‑market content plans for product launches and campaigns.
• Distribute and repurpose content across LinkedIn, email and other digital channels to maximise reach.
• Analyse performance data and audience insights, running experiments to continuously improve engagement and conversion.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools and automation to accelerate content creation and maintain quality at scale.

Required profile

• 5+ years of content marketing experience in fast‑paced technology environments (B2B or B2C).
• Strong editorial ability to translate complex technical or financial topics into clear, human‑centred narratives.
• Proven track record of taking content from idea to publication with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in agile, high‑performance teams with shifting priorities.
• Curiosity and hands‑on experience with AI tools for content creation and marketing automation.
