Content Support Internship

About the role

Join the Communication Department of Acqua di Parma as a Content Support Intern. You will assist the PR, Digital and Content teams in creating and managing engaging content across multiple platforms, helping to convey the brand’s timeless Italian heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit copy for assets such as images, videos, press releases, product cards, and brief product descriptions.
• Support text development for new product launches and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• Proofread and ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and strategic objectives.
• Gather and organize materials for content briefs, coordinating with internal teams for assets.
• Upload and organize content on digital platforms, maintain content calendars and asset libraries.
• Assist in creating marketing materials like seeding cards, POS items, invitations, and menus, including image selection and text collaboration.
• Provide support for e‑commerce content management and conduct competitor research and market analysis.
• Help the Content Manager track performance metrics and generate basic reports.

Required profile

• Graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital content and social media, especially within luxury or beauty sectors.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to new tasks.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Italian and English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
