Controller – English‑speaking (Milan)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Controller to join a multinational collectibles company operating in more than 20 markets. Based in Milan, you will work closely with your manager and global teams, supporting new product lines and overseeing the business in several European and Asian regions.
Key responsibilities
- Support the structuring and continuous updating of reporting databases.
- Analyse financial data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with global and local contacts across Hong Kong, Japan, Spain, Italy, Germany and the UK.
- Develop new control models for emerging business areas.
- Ensure all control‑related deadlines are met on time.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in income‑statement analysis.
- Degree in Economics or a related field with a focus on business management and controlling.
- Fluent written and spoken English (approximately 90 % of communications).
- Ability to understand complex business models and work under deadline pressure.
