Controller – Finance & FP&A

About the role

The Controller will join the Finance Team and report directly to the CFO. This hands‑on position is responsible for building and executing budgeting, forecasting, reporting and profitability analyses for a fast‑moving tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts, creating and maintaining planning and control models.
• Produce quarterly management reports, handling data extraction, reconciliations and financial consistency checks.
• Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast, identifying operational drivers.
• Maintain management control files and models using Excel, ERP and BI tools.
• Analyse project, cost‑center and product line profitability, supporting break‑even, pricing and investment evaluations.
• Monitor key financial KPIs such as EBITDA, cash flow, working capital and ROI.
• Support the CFO with liquidity analysis for large deals.
• Collect, verify and consolidate financial data from international subsidiaries and European entities, ensuring accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in management control, FP&A or operational finance.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with reporting / BI tools.
