Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to enhance the customer experience and drive measurable growth across our digital e‑commerce funnel. The role focuses on analysing user behaviour, removing friction points and running data‑driven experiments to continuously improve conversion performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the end‑to‑end customer journey and optimise conversion funnels across the platform.
• Identify bottlenecks and friction using tools such as heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis and qualitative feedback.
• Design, execute and scale A/B tests and other experimentation strategies.
• Improve key metrics including conversion rate, add‑to‑cart rate and checkout completion rate.
• Drive cross‑selling and upselling initiatives to increase customer value.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product, development and analytics teams to optimise key pages (PDP, PLP, cart, checkout).
• Partner with the analytics team to monitor performance, validate hypotheses and support data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in conversion rate optimisation, product optimisation or digital performance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a test‑and‑learn mindset.
• Experience working in e‑commerce or digital product environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with analytics and experimentation tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel and Hotjar.
• Solid understanding of user behaviour, funnels and conversion dynamics.
