Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to enhance the digital customer journey and drive measurable growth across its e‑commerce platform. The role blends data‑driven analysis with hands‑on experimentation to remove friction and boost conversion performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze the end‑to‑end customer journey and identify bottlenecks using heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analysis.
• Design, execute, and scale A/B tests and other experimentation strategies.
• Improve core metrics such as conversion rate, add‑to‑cart rate, and checkout completion rate.
• Drive cross‑selling and upselling initiatives to increase customer value.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product, development, and analytics teams to optimize key pages (PDP, PLP, cart, checkout).
• Partner with the Analytics team to monitor performance, validate hypotheses, and support data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in CRO, product optimization, or digital performance roles.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Digital Analytics, UX, CRO, or Data Analysis are a plus.
• Proven track record of designing and executing A/B tests with a strong test‑and‑learn mindset.
