Corporate Controller

About the role

The Corporate Controller will lead the Group’s financial reporting and planning processes, ensuring accurate, timely and insightful information for senior management, shareholders and the Board of Directors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare periodic consolidated financial reports for internal use, including monthly performance reviews, shareholder alignments and Board meetings.
• Conduct period‑end deep‑dive analyses, investigate variances versus plan, and propose corrective actions and efficiency improvements.
• Support the consolidation of annual budgets, forecasts and long‑term plans.
• Maintain the financial calendar, monitor reporting deadlines and trigger escalations when needed.
• Industrialise reporting processes, from automated Business Area templates to the publication of Group performance commentary.
• Automate recurring reports requested by global functions and collaborate with ICT to exploit RPA opportunities.
• Design and cascade planning and reporting procedures to ensure Group‑wide standards and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools, procedures and guidelines.
• Lead projects that broaden finance data availability, accelerate insight generation and support decision‑making.
• Set up ad‑hoc analyses and implement robust financial controls as the business expands.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within multinational corporations or management‑consulting firms.
• Fluency in English.
• Growth‑mindset, collaborative attitude and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, work flexibly and manage multiple deadlines.

Required skills

• Power BI (PBI) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) – plus experience with EPM tools such as OneStream, Anaplan or Board.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Data visualisation, storytelling and data‑analysis techniques.
• Forecasting and variance analysis methods.
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts.
