Corporate HRBP Intern

About the role

Prada Group is looking for a motivated Corporate HR Business Partner Intern to join its HR team. This internship offers hands‑on experience across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR initiatives within a fast‑paced, international luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment by defining needs, coordinating interviews, and liaising with talent acquisition partners, headhunters, and universities.
• Oversee onboarding processes and manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Handle employee lifecycle changes while ensuring compliance with Italian labor laws and internal procedures.
• Provide HR guidance to employees on a range of topics.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to improve HR efficiency and connectivity.
• Participate actively in the implementation of HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Positive, humble attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage confidential information with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in an international setting.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
