Corporate Strategy Consultant

About the role

Porsche Consulting is looking for a Consultant – Corporate Strategy to turn strategic ideas into concrete outcomes. You will work on national and international projects, partnering directly with C‑level executives to shape the future direction of client organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end workstreams from problem structuring to decision making and execution.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
• Integrate advanced analytics and AI into problem solving to create measurable client value.
• Develop corporate strategies, business models and growth opportunities.
• Design and support digital transformation initiatives, including operating models and scalable solutions.
• Convert strategic directions into pragmatic implementation plans and drive organisational transformation.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to team mentoring.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in top‑tier strategy consulting with full ownership of workstreams.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver decision‑ready outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding academic background in Business, Economics, Engineering or equivalent; MBA or PhD preferred.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages a plus.
