Country Manager – Italy

About the role

Notion is seeking a Country Manager to own the launch and growth of its AI‑powered collaborative workspace in Italy. This market‑building role will act as the local CEO, driving revenue, brand presence, and ecosystem development while aligning with global strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for all revenue generated in Italy.
• Develop and execute a market strategy based on deep insight into local users, workflows, and unmet needs.
• Build momentum through community events, startup collaborations, strategic partnerships, and customer advocacy.
• Represent Notion publicly across press, events, and executive conversations.
• Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure customer outcomes.
• Establish a repeatable operating cadence for planning, pipeline generation, and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Mission‑driven, founder‑like energy with a passion for Notion’s vision.
• Proven experience building a business from 0 to 1 in a new market or segment.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high personal agency.
• Hands‑on approach: running events, closing deals, and writing playbooks.
• Technical and AI fluency, able to demo Notion and AI agents to technical audiences.
• Deep local knowledge and network within the Italian ecosystem.
