Creator & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Creator & Social Media Manager to join OLIVER’s Milan office. You will work with international strategy, social and creative teams to shape brand narratives and manage a network of content creators. The role combines social media planning, community engagement and creator partnership management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own an organic social content calendar of roughly 16 posts per month.
• Engage with consumers, respond to comments and brand mentions, and cultivate brand advocates.
• Identify trending topics and opportunities to amplify brand narratives across social feeds.
• Ensure all content is culturally relevant and aligned with the local market.
• Monitor social performance, analyse insights and optimise future content strategies.
• Recruit, onboard and brief creators from the internal Creator Bench.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end content production process, from concept to delivery, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Track and evaluate creator performance using CreatorIQ.

Required profile

• Passion for social media and a deep understanding of digital culture.
• Experience in managing creator talent and building community relationships.
• Strong editorial sense and ability to craft compelling brand stories.
• Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent written communication skills.
