Creator & Social Media Manager

About the role

OLIVER is looking for a social‑native professional who can blend strategic content management with creator talent development. Based in Milan, you will work closely with international Strategy, Social and Creative teams to shape and execute the social presence of client brands while leading a network of freelance creators.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own an organic social content calendar of roughly 16 posts per month.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, questions and brand mentions in an on‑brand tone.
• Identify trending topics and cultural moments to amplify brand narratives.
• Ensure all content is locally relevant, culturally appropriate and aligned with the client’s brand guidelines.
• Monitor social performance, extract insights and feed them back to optimise future creative direction.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and briefing of creators from the internal Creator Bench.
• Oversee content production from concept to delivery, guaranteeing compliance with brand standards.
• Track creator performance using CreatorIQ and act as the primary liaison between the agency and creator talent.

Required profile

• Passion for social media strategy and a deep understanding of community dynamics.
• Experience in identifying, recruiting and nurturing creative talent.
• Ability to translate client briefs into compelling social narratives.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional, international teams.
• Fluency in English and Italian to ensure market relevance.
