Credit Manager – Lead Credit Risk and Collections

About the role

The Credit Manager is responsible for safeguarding and optimizing the company’s financial health by managing the full credit lifecycle. You will lead a dedicated credit team, drive modernization of finance processes, and ensure a balanced approach between commercial growth and cash‑flow sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee credit risk management from customer assessment and limit definition to receivables monitoring, collections, and dispute resolution.
• Lead modernization and automation of financial processes, systems, and infrastructures.
• Assign tasks to the credit team in line with accounting goals and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Create and maintain records of invoices, bills, and receivables.
• Track risk exposure across clients or sectors and report early‑warning signals.
• Develop and improve credit policy.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results and produce related reports.
• Ensure all accounts‑receivable procedures comply with legal regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience as a Credit Manager, credit supervisor, or in credit and collection management.
• Strong knowledge of credit and collection principles, practices and regulations.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
